For Information on the Next Great Solar Eclipse which will occur in 2010 click this button.....

The longest total solar eclipse in our lifetime will occur on July 22, 2009.  Totality will last over 6 minutes and 38 seconds.  This will be the longest totality until the year 2132. 

This solar eclipse will be visible in China and the South Pacific.  Details of the trip are now available to the link above.

If you are interested in viewing this solar eclipse, contact Dr. Robert Hitt and have your name placed on our eclipse trip list.  We will keep you informed on our plans to witness this major solar event.
