Our goal in the TME
Media Center is to promote a love of reading, and to assist
students to become life-long learners.
Accelerated
Reader Program
Students select books
at their reading level from AR books available in the Media
Center. After reading the book, the student takes a short
electronic quiz on the content material in the book. Students’
names are announced during morning announcements upon earning a
specific number of points. Trophies may be awarded at the end of
the year.
Volunteers
We
welcome all volunteers at TME Media Center. We know your time is
valuable and your support means a great deal to our staff and
patrons. Volunteer opportunities include shelving books,
processing new books and assisting with book fairs. Even a few
hours of your time are appreciated, and we’ll be flexible with
scheduling. Please contact Mrs. Schiano by calling the school.
