Accelerated Reader

The Accelerated Reader (AR) program is designed to assist students in increasing their reading skills.  We strongly encourage students to read AR books and take tests on those books.  Incentives include:

·         Weekly drawings for prizes

·         Quarterly drawings for a book of student’s choice

·         Quarterly point club recognition for 50 point increments

Tiger Book Club

The student book club meets after school the third Thursday of each month in the media center.  Students select a type of book to read for the coming month and then gather to share their thoughts and recommendations on their choices. See Mrs. Mayfield if you are interested in joining. More information is on the Club page.

AR Test List

The AR Test List link will take you to all of the accelerated reader tests that are available.  They are listed in order according to book level.

If you are looking for a specific title, author, or level,  select the Ctrl and F keys at the same time.  A box will pop up allowing you to type in the item you would like to search.
