Any
time you enter the school building, you must sign in at the office and get a
visitor’s pass.

Respect
instructional time; please make appointments to see teachers after school
hours.

Establish
a regular routine for your child and stick to it.

Do
not phone or fax the school to change day care or pick-up arrangements.
Write a note when plans are changed.

Do
not bring your child to school before 7:40 a.m.

Sign
your child in at the office after 7:55 a.m. so a tardy/admittance pass can
be written.

Call
the absentee number 421-7003 when your child is sick or tardy.

When
a conference is desired, send a note to the teacher to schedule a date and
time.

Dress
appropriately when you come to the school (see dress code).

Have
doctor complete medication form when child must take medication at school.
Bring medication in its original container to school instead of sending it
on the bus.

Listen
to radio station 88.7 FM, watch cable channel 48 or visit www.cpschools.com
during inclement weather for possible changes in school hours.
