Transportation

Parents are encouraged to take advantage of the school bus services provided by Chesapeake Public Schools. The school bus provides children with safe and reliable transportation to and from school.  For the safety and welfare of each student, changes to transportation arrangements will not be allowed without written permission or a transportation request from parent(s) and approval by the school's office personnel.  

Passenger Vehicles (Student Drop-Off)

Vehicles should unload students at the sidewalk indentation located south of the main entrance to the school building.  The fire lane directly outside the main entrance should remain unobstructed at all times.  A staff member stationed at the front entrance will direct students and assist drivers of passenger vehicles.  Passenger vehicles must depart the school grounds/unloading area by continuing north to exit onto Hanbury Road.  

Parents should not drop off students prior to 7:35 A.M. since there is no one to provide supervision.
