Scholarship Opportunities

This Master List of Scholarships is updated approximately once a month.  A Notebook containing notices of ALL available scholarships is in the Guidance office, the Media Center and all senior English and Government classrooms.  These notebooks are updated weekly, as new scholarship information arrives.  Seniors should check the notebooks regularly.

Please take note of the deadline when applying for a scholarship. The scholarship notices are not removed from the notebook when the deadlines pass.

Scholarship Opportunities:

• The Scholarship Notebooks have been updated as of April 30, 2012.
• The Treakle PTA is offering a $750 scholarship to a senior who attended Treakle from kindergarten through the fifth grade. See Mrs. Turner in Guidance for an application. 
• NOTICE:  The Deep Creek High PTSA is offering TWO $500 scholarships to graduating seniors who are PTSA members.  View the application in Microsoft Word Format (to fill in), or .pdf format (to print out.)  Or see Mrs. Turner in Guidance for an application.
• Seniors:   Please give Mrs. Turner a copy of any financial aid or scholarship money that you were OFFERED so that offer can appear in the graduation program, whether you take the money or not.
